The Pad One may host or promote in-person events, gatherings, car meets, or community activities, including but not limited to “Pit Crew Sundays” (“Events”).
Participation in Events is voluntary and at your own risk. You acknowledge that Events may involve inherent risks, including personal injury, property damage, or loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless The Pad One, its owners, employees, affiliates, volunteers, partners, and agents from any claims arising out of or related to your participation in Events, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, venue rules, and safety requirements. The Pad One is not responsible for the actions of other attendees or third parties.
SECTION 7 – MEDIA RELEASE
By attending Events hosted or promoted by The Pad One, you grant The Pad One the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and use your likeness, image, voice, or appearance in photographs, video, or other media for promotional, marketing, editorial, or commercial purposes, without compensation or additional consent, unless prohibited by law.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to The Pad One and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Pad One is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with The Pad One. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and The Pad One. You release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.
